Tragedy in Oklahoma

Words cannot express the way I am feeling about the current tragedy in my home-state Oklahoma. I am thankful that my family, friends and I are safe.

I feel like my home state has turned into a war zone. Houses on fire(due to gas leaks), domestic animals roaming around, people running around being dazed and law enforcement doing everything they can to calm the people of Oklahoma & give them hope. Hope is the only thing we have left.

The theatre I often go to is now in shambles and I just feel so emotionally helpless.

Thank goodness we all can come together to help those in need & here are ways which you can.

I’ve been so busy with Christmas that I have neglected my blog for a bit. Now that Christmas is over, we all can look forward to the New Years Eve celebrations!

My Christmas celebrations started early, so it was nice to pull outfits together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year!

Black & White is such a classic color that it goes with any thing in your life. Ellen Grisworld’s Christmas Eve dinner outfit inspired me.

Shirt(Similar), Skirt(Similar), Cocktail Ring(Similar), Tights & Booties.

Pink is one of my favorite colors(I know, so cliche’ but I can’t help myself), so I knew a hot Pink bow tie(I used the authentic kind not a clip on) would Spice up my shirt.

My Christmas Eve dinner outfit was a simple sequined dress with a faux fur coat.

Backstage Fever Dress(in Bronze) & Target Faux Coat.

Accessories always win me over in any outfit.

Cat-eye makeup, red nails & a nice strawberry drink is how a 20-something year old should celebrate Christmas Eve.

Christmas Day was perfect. I wore a Happy Birthday(“Jesus’s birthday”) halo bought from the Dollar Store & a jeweled hair clip from DNA Galleries(A local store in OKC).

It was my Nephews first christmas & he was not amused.
